Considere Media Group Plans to Incorporate Its Ed Tech Projects

Considere Media Group is excited to announce that it is starting the process of incorporating is existing ed tech projects as an educational non profit charitable corporation in the state of Illinois and then proceed with seeking IRS 501(c)3 status.  This will enable us to receive tax deductible donations to expand our work in the area of educational technology, as well as, expand in the area of developing historical content.

Rick W. Burkett runs the John A. Logan College Teaching and Learning Center, teaches history, and heads an educational nonprofit. He publishes blogs on a wide variety of topics, including history, teaching and learning, student success, and teaching online.

The Mystic Chords of Memory Project Receives 501(c)3 Charitable Status from the IRS

The Mystic Chords of Memory Project received its letter of determination today that I has been classified as a charitable organization under the IRS’s 501(c)3 provision.

The Mystic Chords of Memory Project Incorporates As An Illinois Non-Profit Corporation

Today the Mystic Chords of Memory Project completed its incorporation as an Illinois non-profit charitable corporation.  This completes the first step in our process rolling our Considere Media Group’s education technology projects over into a large  501(c)3 non-profit.  We would like to than all of you that have supported our Considere Media Group project thus far.
